At NagiveCustom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are made-to-order and personalized just for you, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent process.
• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Discovery of Defect: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
We provide a full refund or a free replacement for the following cases:
• Damaged/Faulty Items: The product is torn, dirty, or has visible defects in the print (blurred or out of place).
• Wrong Product: You received an item that does not match your order (wrong size, wrong material, or different design).
• Size Discrepancy: The item's measurements differ by more than 1.5 inches from our provided size guide.
• Lost in Transit: The tracking information shows the package was lost or it hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe.

1. Your Order Number
2. Photos of the shipping label on the package
3. Clear photos/videos showing the defective or wrong part of the product
4. (For size issues): A photo of the item being measured with a measuring tape
Because each product is custom-made based on your specific requirements:
• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong size/color by mistake.
• Restocking Fee: In specific cases where a return is accepted for a non-defective custom item, a restocking fee of up to 50%–80% may apply, as the item cannot be resold.
• After placing an order, you have 4 hours to request a cancellation or modification.
• Once this window has passed, the order enters production, and we can no longer cancel or change it.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
• Return Process: Please contact us first before sending any items back. We will provide you with specific instructions and the correct return authorization.
